We have recently had a brand new telephone system implemented at the surgery which now allows you to request a call back from us instead of waiting in a queue while on hold, the system returns your call once you are first in the queue. As well as an increased number of telephone lines so you will get through to us and wont get an engaged message when calling.
When you call the Surgery to book an appointment you will be asked a number of questions from our highly trained Reception Team. Please be patient and give as much detail as possible about the nature of your call, this will ensure you are placed with the correct Clinician or Service. It is not always necessary to see a Doctor, other services are often more appropriate such as the Pharmacy, Opticians or NHS 111 for advice. Please do not attend the Surgery to book your appointment.
At the moment we are not pre booking any face to face GP appointments, however we have started pre-booking Dr’s telephone appointment’s for non medical related problems and Nurse appointment although appointments with our Nursing Team should be pre booked.
