We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff.
To help us with this, we have a virtual patient representation group and you are invited to join this so that you can have your say. We e-mail members of this representative group some questions from time to time, to seek your views on the type and quality of services we provide, to let you know about any new services planned and about any changes that are taking place either in the practice or at a local/national level. We will also send you copies of our newsletters. We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time.
We endeavour to have patients from as broad a spectrum as possible signed up in order to get a truly representative sample. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.
